Booked apartment with kitchen for one night. Room clean but fridge was off when we arrived. Only 3 small cups, no steel forks but was one plastic fork, tv remote not working. Pool closed for treatment.
Apartment was clean and comfortable missing plates, tea towels and bed head lights not workingVery untidy outside lots of rubbish which wasnt pick up for the 2 nights we stayed. No rubbish bins outside all rubbish which was overflowing leaning against a wall with lots of flysPlayground was goodMost disappointing was pool was green and unable to use and our stay was in the middle of summer. Advertise as having a pool nil mention on booking or check in that pool wasnt available. Not until we went over with kids and noticed pool was green.
Very good place to be.... lady in reception is very polite, helpful and energetic.Swimming pool wasnt working but kids had fun on the play ground.Barbeque area was neat and tidy.Clean, neat and tidy rooms, we enjoyed our stay. Air con was working and there was no complain from our end.Will stay in this place again. Customer service was the best.
The owners son is a friend of mine, literally spent all the free time I had while staying here playing PUBG and TF2 with him
Run down units and block, hot water wasn't on, nothing works. So expensive for what it is (we were charged $160!), the air conditioning didn't work, we weren't allowed to use the facilities (laundry, pool), we were the only guests, doesn't give a refund if you dislike the room. The only reason I have given it 2 stars is that once the shower was warmed and working, it was magic. High pressure, warm and everything you want and more for a shower. I don't know how long it will be open. Avoid at all costs!
