Popped in by chance on holiday, the lady was so helpful with a wide range of wool and patterns. The store has that old style charm of wool shops I remember. Great experience!

The lady serving in this shop is the rudest person I've met on my whole holidays. Actually the only rude person I've met in Lakes Entrance.

Have never met a shop owner more rude in all my life! Absolutely zero manners, and the lack of respect for customers was appalling! Not one dollar of mine will be spent there.
