Could not have ask for better service. Old fashion service in taking the time to listen to what was required with re-flower availability, types, colors & extras. I found the ladies most helpful. As I was unable to travel for my Granddaughter's 18th I really wanted something special. And special they were indeed.! Could not have wished for any better. The arrangement was delivered on time, fresh and totally gorgeous. Thankyou to the ladies at Lakes Entrance Florist for your thoughtfulness and a job well done.!
A very disappointing experience with this business, (on the afternoon of the 22nd of March 2017) I arranged for flowers & chocolates to be delivered to My Sister & Brother-in-law in Paynesville Victoria for their 60th wedding anniversary on the 23rd, the flowers arrived late afternoon on the 23rd & not in the morning as requested + there were no chocolates delivered, I notified my florist in Caloundra Qld re this problem. My florist has had to make phone calls both yesterday & today to this florist in Lakes Entrance Victoria (the chocolates had still not been delivered by 2PM Victoria time today) finally the chocolates were delivered later thisafternoon. Definitely not good enough Lakes Entrance Florist. 1 star only because of your very poor service.
