Great place to stAy excellent facilities good atmosphere

Hello. I am rating Ocean Bridge a 5 out of 5 because the service there is wonderful and the units are very very clean! The unit me and my Mum and Dad usually stay in is 11, and there is a new kitchen! Bring the boat down and come on a 4 hour trip from Melbourne! Stay for a week! Geraldine and Geoff are just wonderful managers/caretakers, they make you feel like it is home! Is also an awesome place becuase a nice pool, Foodworks is next door and the Beach and pub is down the road! Can't wait for the 5th of March 2018!

We are the current manager/caretakers and we would like guests to feel free to comment on our hospitality anytime

Great location and service. Easy to book. Very affordable also and has all facilities requured fie a great holiday. Not a fancy place but cute, simple and clean.

When we booked with the Ocean Bridge we told the manager that we had an infant, they put us in a unit with steps instead of ramps for easier access with the stroller and pram. Inside was okay, but the table was an island bench with stools very uncomfortable to sit at for a meal especially if you have a bad back also there is no room for your knees beneath the bench they hit the cupboard. The hot water system is 1 servicing two units, so the hot water comes and goes. The split system would not be sufficient enough to cool the whole unit if it were a hot day. The kitchen/lounge was too small, it had a couple of couches against the wall in the kitchen area to watch t.v, with the island bench in the middle, there was no room for the baby to crawl around. The pool was advertised as solar heated, for the whole week that we were there, the kids couldn't have a swim because the water was just too cold, there were no solar panels to be seen, (the beach was warmer than the so called solar pool) The beds were firm but very lumpy, from the springs. The manager wasn't very interested in listening to suggestions and weren't very friendly or helpful. We only had two rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5 for a week (had to buy our own) there were only two spare rubbish bin liners, they weren't very happy when I asked for some more. To conclude; I wouldn't recommend Ocean Bridge Quality Units if you have children or would like to stay longer than 3 days, the facilities are just not comfortable enough for a longer stay and the manager is not happy to see children.I would rate the units a Fair in Quality, Fair in Facilities and Poor for Service.P.s There are no pictures on the net of the INSIDE of the units, I know why now ;)
