the food here was lovely however service last night was bad. When you take a booking for dinner you need to follow it through with dessert. 10 of us wanted banana fritters and we were told no too late. Could of been 5 star.
Group of 10 for dinner, booked for 7:30, slow to take order, meals slow to arrive, then they told us too late for desert. Apparently the banana fritters are amazing, but they wouldnt serve us, it was 8:50 when we left and they had locked the door. Other people were at door, wanting a meal. January is your busy season, dont turn customers away.
A recent addition (for us) to Lakes Entrance. A very nice and versatile place serving from breakfast to dinner.Make sure you try their pancakes.And yes, coffee is very good.
There where some vegan options and the staff where accommodating with altering dishes to make them vegan. We where disappointed that the Pad Thai could not be made vegan and that there where not more vegan options. The food was decent quality.
This place seemed really nice when we first walked in but service was not very good. My partner and I order a drink and pancakes. My partners drink came out and my pancakes arrived at same time. They had looked like it had been sitting there for a while as the ice cream was pretty much melted. When my partners pancake came out it did not have melted ice cream. Overall, the food did taste nice but not worth the price.
